High Blue Belt Techniques and Exercises
For the first two techniques, the defender will step at an angle to the attacker's open side (similarly to the latter half of the high green belt techniques). For the third and fourth techniques, the defender will slide to the attacker's back side.
Techniques
After each set, the defender will have to move back in line and the attacker will have to jump switch before both students proceed to the next set.
Attack: Sliding front kick
Defense: Step back and out 45º to the attacker's open side

Exercises
Each set consists of two different kicks in a row before the students switch roles.

Attacker does two punches which defender blocks. Then defender does two punches which attacker blocks.
