Won-Hyo (617 - 686 CE) was a noted monk who introduced Buddhism to Korea during the Silla Dynasty.
This form is the first to start in a position other than the standard parallel ready stance.
Start in ready stance with foot together and left hand covering right fist both pointing upwards.
Step the left foot into a left back stance facing West. Twin out forearm block.
Bring the left hand sharply in to the right shoulder as if grabbing someone and jerking them in. Execute an inward knifehand strike with the right hand at the same time.
Bring the left foot back to the right foot, then lunge out into a deep left back stance to the West again. Left middle punch. Kihap.
Bring the left foot to the right foot, then step the right foot into a right back stance facing East. Twin out forearm block.
Bring the right hand sharply in to the left shoulder as if grabbing someone and jerking them in. Execute an inward knifehand strike with the left hand at the same time.
Bring the right foot back to the left foot, then lunge out into a deep right back stance to the East again. Right middle punch.
Bring the right foot to the left foot, then raise the left foot in preparation for a side kick to the North while raising both hands to guard.
Execute a left side kick to the North.

Step forward into right back stance facing North. Twin knifehand guarding block.

Step forward into right front stance facing North. Supported spearfinger with right hand over left. Kihap.
Pick up the left foot and rotate counterclockwise into a left back stance facing East. Twin out forearm block.
Bring the left hand sharply in to the right shoulder as if grabbing someone and jerking them in. Execute an inward knifehand strike with the right hand at the same time.
Bring the left foot back to the right foot, then lunge out into a deep left back stance to the East again. Left middle punch.
Bring the left foot to the right foot, then step the right foot into a right back stance facing West. Twin out forearm block.

Bring the right foot to the left foot, then step out with the left foot into a left front stance facing South. Execute a right scooping inside block towards the Southwest (even though this block is done to the Southwest, the body should still be facing South).
Right front kick to the South.
Land forward into a right front stance facing South. Left (back hand) middle punch.
While maintaining the same stance, execute a left scooping inside block towards the Southeast.
Left front kick to the South.
Land forward into a left front stance facing South. Right (back hand) middle punch.
Pick up the right foot and chamber it for a side kick to the South while raising both hands up to guard.
Right side kick to the South. Kihap.
Lower the right foot down to just behind the left foot in a twisting stance. Turn counterclockwise into a left back stance facing West. Closed hand guarding block.
Bring the left foot to the right foot, then step out with the right foot into a right back stance facing East. Closed hand guarding block. Kihap.
