Do-San is the pen name of Ahn Chang-Ho (1878 - 1938), a Korean independence activist and one of the early leaders of the Korean-American immigrant community in the United States. In 1907, he returned to Korea to organize and fight for Korean independence from Japan.

This form is the first to have steps and movements on a diagonal.
Start in standard parallel ready position.
Step with the left foot into a left front stance facing West. Left outer forearm block.
Staying in the same stance, right (back hand) middle punch. Kihap.
Move the left foot inward, then turn and move the right foot slightly to form a right front stance facing East. Right outer forearm block.
Staying in the same stance, left (back hand) middle punch.
Pull the left foot forward to the right foot, then move the left foot into a left back stance facing North. Twin knifehand guarding block.
Step forward into a right front stance facing North. Supported spear finger with the right hand over the left hand. Kihap.
Twist the right hand down and away as if breaking from a grab. Pick up the left foot and rotate counterclockwise in a full circle to land in a left front stance facing North. Left backfist side strike to the head.
Step forward into a right front stance facing North. Right backfist side strike to the head.
Pick up the left (back) foot and rotate counterclockwise to land in a left front stance facing East. Left outer forearm block.
Staying in the same stance, right (back hand) middle punch.
Move the left foot inward, then turn and move the right foot slightly to form a right front stance facing East. Right outer forearm block.
Staying in the same stance, left (back hand) middle punch.
Bring the left (back) foot up to the front foot, then step out with the left foot on the 45 degree angle to form a left front stance facing Southeast. Wedging block with both hands.
Right front kick.
Lower the right foot to land in a right front stance facing Southeast. Right middle punch.
Left middle punch (15 and 16 should be done in a fast motion).
Pick up right foot and rotate clockwise into a right front stance facing Southwest. Wedging block with both hands.
Left front kick.
Lower the left foot to land in a left front stance facing Southwest. Left middle punch.
Right middle punch (19 and 20 should be done in a fast motion).
Move the left foot into a left front stance facing South. High block with left hand.
Step forward into right front stance facing South. High block with right hand. Kihap.
Pick up the left foot and rotate counterclockwise into a riding stanci facing North. Knifehand strike with the left hand to the West.
Bring the left foot to the right and then step with the right foot out into a riding stance facing North. Knifehand strike with the right hand to the East. Kihap.
