Chon-Ji

19 moves

Chon-Ji literally translates to "heaven and earth." According to legend, Chon-Ji was a lake where Dan-Gun founded the nation of Korea.

Most of the form can be derived by following 3 rules:

1. The moves alternate between block, then punch, then block etc.
2. After every right hand punch, rotate 180 degrees to the right into the next block.
3. After every left hand punch, rotate 90 degrees to the left into the next block.

The first 8 moves of the form consist of all low blocks and middle punches. After that, the form switches to inside blocks and middle punches.
