Won-Hyo (617-686) is considered the greatest Buddhist monk of Korea. He popularized Buddhism to relieve the poverty and suffering of ordinary people. When asked about the name, one usually can answer, “Buddhist monk of the Silla dynasty.”

- Step out west into left back stance; combination twin outform block,
- Back hand inward strike,
- Then bring front foot in then back out into lunging front hand punch; Kihap
- Bring front foot in then step out with right foot east into right back stance; combination twin outform block,

- Bring front foot in then raise up left leg in side kick chamber facing north while doing a traditional fighting stance with the hands
