- Step west into left back stance; open handed guarding block; Kihap
- Step forward into right front stance; front hand high punch
- Turn around east into right back stance; open handed guarding block
- Step forward into left front stance; front hand high punch
- 90 degree step with front foot north into left front stance; low block
- Step forward into right front stance; front hand high punch
- Step forward into left front stance; front hand high punch
- Step forward into right rfont stance; front hand high punch; Kihap
- Pick up back leg and turn counterclockwise to face east in left back stance; twin outform block
